2025-2026 – BUS Schedule
Do you live too close to qualify for a school bus (within 2 miles), consider taking the free MEVA! Routes 15 and 16 will get you to school on time. They stop where you are along the route (as long as it’s safe to do so), and drop you off on Monument Street in front of the school! No more excuses, take the public transport! They are also going to stop at the end of the day and wait until 2:15 to depart, to give the kids time to get to their bus.

School Attendance
Michael Downs • a day ago • Tuesday, Sep 2 at 2:02 PM • Haverhill High School

Good afternoon,
Starting tomorrow, if your student(s) is not in class by the start of school, 7:25, they will be asked to sign in at the main office or with a clerk in the hallway and marked tardy. Parents/Guardians will receive a notice each day if their student(s) are tardy, similar to being notified for being absent. If your student drives to school please have them plan accordingly, to park and enter school on time
Please know we ask for you support to have students arrive on time.
Sincerely,
Mike D.

Tardy to School
Michael Downs • 2 hours ago • Wednesday, Sep 3 at 9:15 AM • Haverhill High School
Good morning,
We had 286 students marked tardy today. Many were in the halls minutes after the bell rang for the start of the day (7:25) and many were in the parking lot. As a reminder driving to school and parking at school are privileges. The grade level assistant principals will be monitoring excessive tardies by those who drive to school, which may result in a loss of those privileges. Please remind your student to plan ahead and arrive to school early enough to get to class by 7:25. Students who arrive by bus also need to go to class on time as well.
Your support in having your student(s) arrive to school and in be in class on time is greatly appreciated.
Mike D.

TECHNOLOGY
HPS offers the opportunity to protect school-issued devices for the school year by paying a Device Waiver Fee. As outlined in the HPS Student Technology Device Policy, this $20 fee will help to cover the costs of potential damage, repair, or loss for the school year for the assigned device. Please note: issues of theft should still be reported to the police. The $20 covers 1 student for 1 school year. So families with more than one student will have to sign each student up separately. Some of the replacement costs are as follows:
- Charger – $39
- LCD Screen – $80
- Top/Bottom Cover – $30-$35
- Keyboard $70
- Trackpad $15
Device Replacement Costs (when Chromebook is unrepairable) $199
You can find more information on our website: Device Waiver Fee
