Do you know what you want to do after HHS?  Do you want to learn more about the career you’re interested in?  Come talk to us about internship opportunities!!

An internship is a great way to learn more about a career, see it first-hand and spend time with people that can answer your questions.  We’ve had students in various departments at Lawrence General Hospital, working alongside Mayor Fiorentini, assisting teachers at Bradford Elementary, Golden Hill, Consentino and HHS, and recording commercials and sports broadcasts for our local radio stations!  This is just a sampling of the great experiences our students are having.

The Internship Program is open to all students age 16 and older.  Internships are semester-long experiences, which offer credit and will be on your transcript.  Worksites are selected based on your interests and the experience you are hoping to gain.  Stop by the Medical Lab Office (by the HHS Library) to speak with Ms. Hunt and learn more about what we’re doing and how you can benefit from it!
