Device Waiver Fee

Haverhill Public Schools will once again implement a self-funded damage fee for Chromebooks. The process for parents remains the same, and payments can be made online. You can find all the necessary information on our website: https://www.haverhill-ps.org/device-waiver-fee.

Please use the latest policy link from our website when sending out the Student Technology Device Policy.

No Photo/Video Opt Out

A digital form is now available to parents for No Photo/Video requests. General information is available in the “Student Safety” section of our Parent Help Center, with a direct link to the form here: https://haverhill.jotform.com/260834358885067

After the parents complete the form and are successfully verified by Technology (via a match of contact information), the requested student will be added to the relevant Student Group in SchoolBrains (“No Photo/Video 2026-2027”). You can filter for this anywhere the Student Group or icon field is present, as well as visually identify by the icon of a grey camera with a slash through it:
