As of 5/31/2026, weather reports for June 5, 2026, HHS Graduation weather will be partly cloudy with a high of 86 degrees! We are looking forward to this special day!
● PARKING: Please follow the signs for all available parking, as well as the directions of staff and officers directing traffic. There will be designated Handicapped parking and designated family and student parking. Families needing handicap parking should use Nettelon Avenue for access. Overflow parking: Mall (Former Building 19 parking lot now storage units) with Shuttle service, Church, and backlot via Riverside Ave. When possible, please back into your parking spot in order to make the exit process easier.
Please note: there is a road closure on Water St. at Shapleigh Ave. due to a water main break and structural damage to a residence. Expect detours and some traffic congestion in that area.
● GRADUATES need to be at the Haverhill Stadium for the line-up by 4:45 PM. Families can start being seated at 4:45 PM as well. The Graduation procession will begin at 5:45 PM, with the Ceremony starting at 6:00 PM.
.● PROHIBITED ITEMS AT THE STADIUM: Balloons, Airhorns, Cowbells, Cigars, Vapes or Tobacco Products, and Confetti Cannons. Please be mindful that we have guests and students who are affected by such loud noises. All bags will be searched. Those who choose not to follow this rule will be removed.
● TRANSLATION of the program is available in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian-Creole, and ASL. A table with information and headphones will be inside the stadium entrance.
● LIVE STREAM For families who can not attend, the Commencement Ceremony will be live streamed via HC Media. Please share the following link: HC MEDIA Graduation Live Stream
● TICKETS Everyone needs a ticket to enter the stadium. This is for safety reasons! Children under 10 do not need one. If you need handicapped seating or any special accommodations, seniors and their families have received special tickets in their graduation envelopes, which were given out on Thursday, May 28, 2026, with their Caps & Gowns. Seating on the field is arranged in advance for special accommodations.
● STADIUM FIELD No one will be permitted on to the field during or after the ceremony (with the exception of those with special accomodations.) After the ceremony ends, the graduates will go behind the stage to pick up their diplomas. Families will exit the seating areas and go to the designated “FamilyGathering Area” behind the bleachers to meet their graduate for pictures.
● The Concession Stand will be open with refreshments and snacks. CASH only please!
