Haverhill High School
Haverhill High School – Weekly Update 10.19.18
Attendance Matters – Daily Class Attendance
It is the expectation that Haverhill High School students arrive to every class, on time, and ready to learn everyday! We will be communicating with parents and students daily via email in reference to students who arrive late to class. Students who arrive late will be expected to serve a detention within 48 hours. Failure to serve this detention will result in Saturday school and a parent meeting. Any questions please contact your child’s Assistant Principal and we thank you in advance for your partnership in this very important matter.
Foreign Language National Honor Society Induction
In our first year in 2016, we had twenty-nine Hillies join the Foreign Language National Honor Society. The following year in 2017 thirty-two Hillies were inducted. We are so proud to announce that this week we held our 2018-2019 induction ceremony in our auditorium and witnessed forty-nine Hillies join the HHS Foreign Language National Honor Society. Congratulations to all of our students! Thank you to Mrs. Diskin and Mrs. Laffey for all you do for our students and your energy and enthusiasm put forth to grow this important program.
